Who we are
Aniro provides a customer communication platform. This policy explains how we handle personal data for our own account holders. When you use Aniro to message your customers, you are the controller of that data and we are your processor (see the DPA).
Data we collect
Account details (name, email), usage data, and the content you choose to store in the platform such as contacts and conversations.
How we use it
To provide and improve the service, to secure it, to bill you, and to communicate with you about your account.
Sharing
We share data with the subprocessors listed on the Subprocessors page, only as needed to run the service. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law you may access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Retention & security
We keep data for as long as your account is active and as required by law, and protect it with the measures described on the Security page.
