No. Car Hire is a solution inside the Aniro platform. You get a focused, dedicated car-hire system, and you can switch on AI agents, a shared inbox and campaigns whenever you want — one login, one account, one customer record.

Do I have to use the AI or chatbot features?

No. A Car Hire-only account shows only car-hire operations. AI and customer communications are optional products you can add later.

Is telematics / GPSLive live?

The GPSLive (GpsGate) integration is fully built and integration-ready. It activates when you enter your GpsGate credentials — no code change or redeployment. Until then no live tracking data is shown.

Can I take card payments?

Payments are recorded manually today (cash, bank transfer, card terminal, other) with full invoicing, receipts and credit notes. Card processing is on the roadmap, not live.

Can I use it on mobile?

The operator app is responsive. Dedicated mobile car-hire surfaces (driver jobs, on-site inspections) are on the roadmap.
