Roles
When you use Aniro to communicate with your customers, you are the data controller and we act as your data processor.
Processing
We process personal data only to provide the service and on your documented instructions, as set out in these terms.
Security & subprocessors
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (see the Security page) and use the subprocessors listed on the Subprocessors page.
International transfers & assistance
Where data is transferred internationally, appropriate safeguards apply. We assist you with data-subject requests and, where required, breach notification.
Deletion
On termination we delete or return personal data in line with these terms and applicable law.
